This will be my last blog post on "Tales from the Tubbs". I don't have my own computer anymore and it's getting to be more of a nuisance than anything.
I have pictures that I took at Rianna's Christmas program on Thursday night. She did awesome and looked beautiful. Grandpa Mark & Grandma Mary, and Grandpa Jim & Grandma Chris joined mom, dad and Jordin to watch her. I still have the pictures on my camera so you'll have to take my word for it.
This is a busy week for my family. Today is my niece, Shawndra's 11th birthday. This week my other niece, Shawndra's sister, Devin turns 5. My BIL turns a modest 30-something. I will wrap up the week by celebrating my 1st anniversary of my 29th birthday. Last week was pretty insane as well, but more on a personal level, some of which I simply will not blog about anytime in the near future. I have worry, fear, anxiety, and a whole mess of issues that--bottom line--need to be handed over to God. As a mere human, it is hard for me to let things go, but I'm working on it. I have to trust in Him to keep my loved ones safe and healthy. Easier typed than accomplished. This December, I'm thankful for family. Some I've been blessed by ways of the traditional "family" way; others I have met thru my life's journeys and they will forever be family to me. May you all have a joyous and blessed Christmas this year and I pray 2010 shows to be much better than 2009. Even though I find myself saying that at the end of every year...like finishing up a job that's been torturous. Such is life.
Love,
Victoria
